What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form (home value request, home alerts, contact, work with me, or a review), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, property address, your message, home-search preferences, and, for reviews, your review and rating. If you tick the box agreeing to calls and texts, we record that choice.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site running and secure. To stop spam, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to two days to count how many forms are sent. The site does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and sets no cookies for ordinary visitors. The private dashboard uses one sign-in cookie for Sabrina only.
How we use it
To respond to your request, provide real estate services, send you the listings or information you asked for, follow up about your request, and keep the site secure. If you are a past client, we may email you once (plus one reminder) to ask for a review; every such email has a one-click opt-out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for others' marketing. We share it only with:
- TAG Realty Co, the brokerage that supervises Sabrina's real estate activity.
- Service providers that run the site for us: Cloudflare (hosting, database and the "I'm human" spam check), Resend (email delivery), and the customer-management software Sabrina uses to keep track of client requests. They may use the information only to provide their service.
- Font providers (Google Fonts and Fontshare), whose servers see your IP address when your browser loads the site's typefaces.
- Professionals involved in your transaction (such as a lender, escrow or title officer), with your permission or as needed to complete it.
- Anyone we must share with to comply with the law or protect rights and safety.
Phone numbers and text-message consent collected on this site are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Third-party tracking and Do Not Track
This site does not track you over time or across other websites, and does not allow third parties to do so through it. Because of that, it treats every visitor the same whether or not the browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal. Links to other sites (such as Zillow or Google) are governed by those sites' own policies.
Your choices

- To stop calls or texts, reply STOP to any text or tell us by any reasonable means; we honor requests promptly and within 10 business days.
- To stop review-request emails, use the link at the bottom of the email.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep inquiries and client records as long as needed to serve you and as required for real estate record-keeping. Information is stored with Cloudflare, sent over encrypted connections, and the dashboard is protected by a strong password, sign-in lockouts and optional two-step sign-in. If a data breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as California law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date (November 1, 2026 for this version).
